While searching the competition for a water jet machine, Hydrajet’s Accura stood out from the pack. The entire process was incredibly easy. The sales department was friendly and very informative. The service techs installed our machine in an efficient manner. After the machine was installed the lead time on any parts needed for maintenance is very short. The parts are always high quality and dependable. Hydrajet has a 24 hour seven days a week help line for any issue that should arise. The company responds quickly to any question that I may have. Buying a water jet cutting machine from Hydrajet was a great decision. Hydrajet gives us great service and I would recommend them without question.

My company purchased a new Waterjet cutter from Hydrajet in 2006 and have operated that equipment for over 7,000 hours. We have had minimal problems with the equipment and software and any problems that were experienced were taken care of quickly. We have capacity left on this piece of equipment thus will not need another Waterjet cutter in the near future, however when we do purchase another, Hydrajet is at the top of the list.
